Which platforms does video download support

What is the difference between video-x-ware and other software?

Video-x-ware does not need to be installed and can be used online; it supports 8K, 4K, 2K and other ultra-clear video downloads, unlimited speed and no ads;

What to do if the link cannot be opened after the Youtube video is parsed?

1.After parsing the Youtube video, click "Start Parsing"

2.Close the pop-up window of "Automatic Download Restricted"

3.Copy the parsed link in the lower left corner and open it in a new window (if the video link is invalid, please refresh it several times)

What should I pay attention to when downloading videos from the external network?

To parse external videos such as YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc., you need to connect to the external network VPN throughout the process. If you disconnect the VPN in the middle, there may be situations such as video parsing failure, invalid link, and parsing program error.

If the parsing fails, try again a few times. If it still fails, please scan the code to add manual customer service for consultation.

Where is the video saved after downloading?

When you download files, they are usually saved to any folder you set as the default folder. Your browser usually sets this folder for you. In the browser settings, you can manually change and select the target folder for downloading videos.

What are the requirements for computers, mobile phones, IPADs, etc. when using video-x-ware software?
